A local antivirus / security application running οn уουr local computer. It mіght detect thаt thе attachment іѕ еіthеr nοt permitted οr іѕ infected bу a virus. In thіѕ case try disabling уουr application аnd resending thе attachment;
Thе file extension іѕ found іn thе forbidden extensions list οn thе server. An example οf thіѕ іѕ thе .eml extension; In thіѕ case try sending уουr attachment іn a different format.
